ein Neuzugang machte dieses Jahr bei mir den Anfang - Turbinicarpus panarottoi:

Die Nummer 2 war gestern - bei mir sonst erst viel später und damit äußerst ungewöhnlich - Mammillaria bombycina:

Zeigt doch mal Eure ersten Blüten, schließlich müßte es doch jetzt auch bei dem einen oder anderen schon losgehen.

Ein Traum wurde wahr.

Ganz zu Anfangszeiten meiner OCD (Obsessive Cacti Disorder) habe ich in einem Kakteenbuch einen blühenden Acanthocalycium violaceum gesehen und mich sofort unsterblich in dieses einzigartige Rosa verliebt, wie es bei Kakteen so ziemlich einzigartig ist, wie ich finde (außer vllt. noch bei Lobivia wrightiana zu finden). Hatte seinerzeit eine schon größere Pflanze, die mir aber (in Berlin) nicht blühen wollte. Daraufhin die Pflanze verkauft, und danach nie wieder eine in blühfähiger Größe gefunden.
Hier in RLP dann, wo vieles, was in Berlin nur kurz oder gar nicht blühte, ganz wunderbar und monatelang blüht (Rebutien zB), wieder das Kucken aufgenommen, aber immer nur kleine Jungpflanzen gefunden, und mich immer noch nicht getraut. Bis ich dann im vergangenen Winter bei ebay glücklicherweise zwei blühfähige Pflanzen ergattern konnte. Eine noch mit kleinem Knospenansatz, der sich nach dem Winter dann auch weiter entwickelte und heute aufging.

Sehr, sehr freue ich mich auch, dass mein altes Mädchen Mammillaria carmenae dies Jahr mal so richtig in die Vollen geht mit der Blüte. Erst letztes Jahr wurde mir bewusst, dass ich da offenbar zwei Sämlinge in einem Topf habe, und ich da ja dann auch kreuzbestäuben könnte. Was ich dies Jahr auch mache, und jedenfalls freue ich mich, diese meine Lieblings- Mammillarie auch mal so richtig dabei zu sehen :D:

Eine (noch) namenlose Echinopsis- Hybride von Ernst, letztes Jahr als Erstblüher bei ebay ergattert. Die wäre definitiv zu schade als Unterlage gewesen ;). Der Schlund ist recht weiß, sieht man auf den Bildern leider nicht so- insgesamt eine richtig tolle Blüte, auf die ich sehnsüchtig gewartet habe ^^.
Wenn ich mich recht entsinne, hat sie 'Sorceress' im Stammbaum, woher sicherlich die leicht angedeuteten Mittelstreifen stammen- die anderen Eltern weiß ich leider nicht mehr. Auf jeden Fall genau meine Farbe, dieses wunder-, wunderschöne warme Orangerot.

Hallo zusammen,

trotz sonnenlosem Aufenthalt im Winterquartier und trüben grauen Wetters hat diese schöne Parodia nochmal zwei Blüten geöffnet. Sie halten sich jetzt schon seit über einer Woche:

27782 Leider bin ich mir nicht sicher wie ich sie nennen soll. (Derzeit läuft sie bei mir unter P. maassii?/ splendens?.)
Falls jemand eine Idee zu diesem Namensproblem hat, her damit.

Hallo Ingo, wow, das ist aber eine erfrischende Farbe, toll!!

Mein Schlumbi hat leider nur 3 Blüten, hab ich falsch getopft, mach ich nächstes Jahr besser.

Bei mir hat noch ne Faucaria ne weitere Blüte geschoben letzte Woche, steht im Büro, vergessen Foto zu machen. Sorry, kommt nicht wieder vor. :D
